Business Problem
A premium home fixtures retailer decided to migrate off their previous eCommerce platform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. They were seeking easier management on their side. The client wanted to include Wishlist functionality, but it was not offered out of the box on Salesforce.
Results
NOTE TO SELF: identify the number of users this feature was brought to and the potential impact of including a Wishlist functionality via third party resources like Baymard or other commerce thought leadership blogs. The actual numbers will be unknown unfortunately.
The Challenge
Research uncovered that users struggled with decision making. One of their biggest concerns was making sure they ordered the correct item on return visits.
The Objective
Create a wishlist experience for users so they could organize their remodels.
